Who we are
Check My Bridge (checkmybridge.com) is operated by Avantigo Capital Ltd, company number 17216786, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for information you give us through this site and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZB904454.
What we collect
The deal calculator runs in your browser and does not send us anything unless you choose to submit your deal. When you do, we collect your name, email address, phone number, any notes you add, and the deal figures and results shown on screen (including the experience and credit history options you select). Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about the deal you submitted, assess it against lenders and, if you want to go ahead, arrange bridging finance and a buy-to-let mortgage. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.
Who we share it with
If you ask us to proceed, we share relevant details with lenders, valuers and solicitors involved in your case. If we cannot help directly, we may, with your agreement, introduce you to another broker. We never sell your details. We use service providers for hosting, email and customer records, who process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't go ahead, we keep your details for up to 24 months and then delete them. If we arrange finance for you, we keep records for six years after the case completes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@checkmybridge.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
